Return Policy
We have a 𝟯𝟬-𝗱𝗮𝘆 return policy, which means you have 30 days after the order is placed to request a return. 𝗕𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note there is a 15% 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙚𝙚. Certain types of items cannot be returned (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Contact us at sales@veldist.com to get an authorized return number.
Fill the Form
We will send you a Return Form that you will need to fill. Carefully read the terms and conditions
Ship the Item
Put the form in the shipping box and send it within 15 days of approval, at 877 de Lausanne, Saint-Michel, Quebec, Canada, J0L 2J0. Make sure to put a clear indication of the Return Authorization Number provided on the shipping box.
Get your Refund
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. It will take 3-4 business days to process your return once we receive the shipment. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
Confirmation
You will receive an email from sales@veldist.com confirming the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙋𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙂 on all orders of $99 or more in Canada and the United States. Some exclusions apply on:

→ Tow-Bii products
→ Da Bomb Frame (Flat Rate $75)
However, please note that international deliveries will have shipping costs calculated at checkout and are not eligible for free shipping over $99.
Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. "Business days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and weekend delivery is unavailable. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to rural areas.
During checkout, please include any special instructions for delivery (e.g., leaving the package on the back balcony, using the garage door entrance, etc.). These notes will help carriers accommodate your requests, provided they are not constrained by their shipping policies.
